Who can register?

Air conditioning installation businesses based in the UK. We review each registration before approving it.

How long does approval take?

Up to 10 working days. We email you as soon as your account and link are live.

What does my customer see?

A short application form with your company name at the top. They do not need to create an account.

What happens to the form once it is sent?

It comes to AirConFinance. We check the details and send it on to the finance company, who makes the lending decision.

What does it cost?

Registering is free and there is no monthly charge. We charge £99 for each customer application that the finance company approves, with no VAT added. It is taken off your payout for the installation, so there is no separate bill. There is no fee if an application is declined.

Please treat the fee as a normal business cost. Your customer must pay the same price for the installation whether they use finance or pay outright.

Can I offer finance to homeowners?

Not yet. Personal finance is coming soon. For now, finance is available to UK limited companies only.
